Joseph Reece premiered his first album Instrumentals on August 20th 2020, composed of melodies, classics, and new age vibes. Much of this album was composed years ago when he first got into writing music.
Joseph was born in Portland, Oregon in 1986. He has lived all throughout the Pacific Northwest, and frequently travels. The furthest he has traveled was to Cape Town, South Africa for filming, although he frequents Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.
You may recognize him from his Ancestry.com Commercial where he talked about his ancestors going through the forced removal of their homelands to modern day Oklahoma, known to most as the “Trail of Tears”. Joseph Reece is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation headquartered in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He also has Alaskan Native heritage among others.
Since his first Instrumental album he has released two more, Instrumentals Vol 2 & 3 with more planned throughout the rest of the year. You can listen to his music on any major platform and here on Hip-Hop 808 on the playlist Indie.
